WHAT IS IT?
8 weeks of real estate coaching and training to help reboot your business, where I and my team help you connect the dots so that you increase sales or get into a higher sales point. It's a beta program used to prepare an online training program.
Because this is a program where we work alongside you in your business to help you kickstart the next phase of your success, we are only accepting a few more people into the program. Once all slots are filled, we will remove the registration button.
Who's it for?
Junior Associates who:
• Have been in the business preferably 2 - 3 years max
• Have potential with at least one or two deals under his/her belt (this is not a program for brand new agents.)
• Can benefit from having a deep dive into their business, where they’ll discover their strengths and how to communicate (in their marketing, conversations, presentations) that they’re qualified to win the business. s
• Can benefit from receiving an online presence makeover, new sales tools and Social Media & Video training on how to market themselves
The ideal candidate should:
• Be able to commit to an 8 week program starting Friday, May 15th 1:00 – 2:30 pm CST / 11 – 1:30 PST
• Be able to contribute $500 to offset the cost of expenses (like their photoshoot, equipment, supplies, etc. )
• Be willing to do the work
• Can give honest feedback of the program for course development and a video review when the beta program is done
What you get when you take our coaching program:
$5,000 worth of marketing materials & training including:
• a deep dive into your business to help you get clear on your direction and identify their strengths, as well as your ideal client, and who you should be going after (according to your background, goals, experience) so that you can create a strategic roadmap to reach your goals
• a professionally produced website to market your business
• a full Brand Makeover to reinvent yourself (including lifestyle photoshoot, wardrobe consultation, and bio written to attract your ideal client)
• An Online Presence Audit & Consultation on how to fix
• A sales converting Listing Presentation that I’ve used to help my clients get into the Multi-Million Dollar club, as well as bring in $10 - $20 million in listing volume
• Social media training:
You'll learn how to create Social Media posts to help you stand out on social and promote your services
You'll learn how to optimize your Social Media pages correctly so that sellers, investors and buyers can find you
You'll get training on Social Media Strategy including how to run ads on Linkedin, so that you have a way to target your ideal prospects
Digital Marketing Training
Learn how to do your own videos and what type you should be doing to promote your real estate services and how to distribute, etc.
When is it?
The training begins Friday, March 15th and runs through July, 10th (excluding July 3rd). The sessions will be conducted via Zoom with a few 1-on-1 calls.
